I love the idea of putting quilts from other people up there—that way, when I'm stuck on something or frustrated, I won't have far to look to find some inspiration. : ) So, I hope this mosaic will give my partner some ideas, but I also hope she/he will feel free to do their own thing, because in reality I'm open to almost anything. I like the idea of having something that is a little outside of my "usual." Otherwise, I could have made it myself, right? My only real requirement is that it should be modern.
Hope this helps, partner!
Awesome mosaic! I can't wait to see what you dream up for DQS :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea for an inspiration wall! Mini quilts won't take up as much space.
ReplyDeleteThanks for including something of mine in your mosaic! I am really excited for DQS.
ReplyDeleteI haven't really been that into mini quilts, but I love the way you put it, thinking of it as a source of inspiration. That's the way I need to start looking at them.
