Freshly Pieced on Facebook and Twitter

Did you know I'm on Facebook and Twitter? I've been hanging around there for a while, but now I would like to start making better use of it, as a way to have more interactive conversations with all of you.

Just click the buttons above to follow my blog in whatever way(s) work for you, whether it's Facebook, Twitter, an email subscription, Google Reader, etc. (These "Follow Me" buttons will also be in my sidebar from here on out.)

Have a wonderful weekend, and to those in the U.S., enjoy the holiday. I know exactly what I'll be doing: Quilting my Do. Good Stitches hexy top, and starting on my Connecting Thread designs! Come on over to my Facebook page to let me know what your plans are!

There are several quilters on Google+ now. Like Pat Sloan, Aurifil, etc. Google+ is nice because your friends are in circles. It works smiliar to FB, but as you post comments, it's not just going to everyone on your list..only to the circles you post to. I have food, quilting, friends circles...but if I only want to post a food comment, I can send it to just that circle if I want. It's pretty cool. If you want an invite, just let me know.

In addition to my paid sponsors, I sometimes accept free fabric, notions, or tools in exchange for posting about it on this blog or my other social media platforms. But I pledge that this practice will never change one of my product reviews or lead me to use fabric or other items that are not "my style."

I also am an Amazon Affiliate and receive compensation for items ordered via my Amazon links.

Copyright and Permissions FAQ

Can I make a quilt that looks just like one of yours? Of course! You don't need my permission for that. But remember, it's polite (and helpful to others) to credit your source of inspiration.

Can I share one of your photos on my blog or website? Probably! But please contact me for permission first. Use of my photos for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Can I pin your photos to Pinterest? Yes, please do! I love Pinterest!

Can I sell individual items made from your tutorials or patterns? Yes! As long as you don't open a factory and start churning out hundreds of them. : ) And please do not reproduce or sell the patterns or tutorials themselves. Thank you!
