WIP Wednesday: How Is Everything Doing?

It's been an interesting week, starting Monday morning when I learned that my Yahoo email account was hacked, and almost 400 people in my contacts list got an email from me with the subject line "How is everything doing?" Sounds like something I would say, doesn't it? : ) My apologies if you are now the proud owner of an Australian iphone based on my "recommendation." But hey, it's Wednesday, so let's find out how everything is doing.

New:

Another classified project
Yep, another secret quilt that I can't show you just yet. And unfortunately this is all you will see of it for a loooooonnnnng time.

Completed tops awaiting quilting:

No progress:
• Gen X Quilters' Charmed Prints QA
• Halloween quilt
• Farmer's Wife QA

• Skill Builder QA
• Kaleidoscope QA
• Figgy Pudding quilt
• Wonky Log Cabin

This week's stats:
Completed projects - 0
New projects - 1
Currently in progress - 10 (10 seems to be my magic number. I just can't get away from it!)

Okay, so how is everything doing with you all? Link up a post from the past week featuring a work in progress. And get sewing!

Ha! I got that email! I didn't think it was you...it really didn't sound like you (unless you had far too much to drink and you're fingers had a mind of their own on the keyboard). Unfortunately I *still* don't have an iPhone either. ;-)

I see some Kona Coal in your secret project. Or am I mistaken. I love that colour. It is just the right dark shade of grey without being too dark.

Sorry to hear you got hacked, Lee. My hotmail account got hacked a couple of weeks ago too. It's so frustrating! Your block is beautiful! Great fabric and colour choices!

Just love your star block! Such pretty colors...wouldn't it be nice to have everything off the WIP list? lol I seriously appreciate you hosting WIP Wednesday. Each week it motivates me to get off my butt and sew! Thanks!

I got that email from you! :) Luckily, I know a hacked email when I see one. SOrry you got hacked. That's not fun.

I love that basket of triangles. I look forward to seeing it someday! :)

I too got the email, just ignored it. I really like that lovely star and I just looked at your bee blocks from yesterday's post, they are all so wonderful.

I got the email but I knew right away what it was. I had the same thing happen to me. I was able to re-claim my account thankfully.
Love that farmers wife block and congrats on a secret project, I'm sure it's going to be awesome.

Oh dang, no iPhone offers here, I feel left out... ;o) Love the tantalising peek of the secret project, looking forward to seeing what it turns into!

well I got a e mail from you but it wasn't for a phone, it was porn related :) I knew it wasn't from you but that you had to have been hacked and deleted it without opening it. I hate that people can do that with our e mail accounts.

Your star block is really cute. I have a neglected QAL using some of those same fabrics. After the first of the year I want to get it out and get it done!

Sorry to hear you were hacked. What a pain. I do love the colors for your secret quilt, looking forward to seeing it together!

Dang, and that Australian iPhone seemed like such a good deal! The star block is really cute, and that looks like a whole lot of HST!

Can anyone join in on your WIP Wednesday link up Lee?

I'm sad about your hacker! :( I'm glad you were (presumably) able to get your account back!

Fun to have a secret project to sew on, as I'm sure many of us will have some things like that this holiday season. Sorry about your hacker. As a professor in a community college, about twice a semester a student's account is hacked. I think this is part of the territory in our online life. You seem remarkably calm for this having happened--I hope you got your account back!

Sorry about the hacker Lee! That happened to me a few months ago, also with Yahoo. Gmail is totally the way to go...and no worries, I resisted the urge to cash in on an Australian iPhone on your recommendation, haha. Yay for secret projects, looks yummy!

I joined our local Quilt Guild this week and I am so excited. Now I need to find out how to make a 12 1/2 inch star square in red white and blue to add to a military quilt they are making!

Love the fabrics for your Charmed Prints QA. Great colors!!

So funny... not the hacker, but the fact that now all day I keep thinking about how everything is doing.
