I'm planning a bee quilt this week. My bee mates will be getting charm squares in these yummy colors ...
... and they will be using them to make this block ....
.... which I will then make into this quilt. The design is by Rita of Red Pepper Quilts—you can see her beautiful version in Chicopee right here.
What have you been working on? Here are the rules for linking up:
1. Link up any post from the past week that features at least one unfinished work-in-progress (WIP).
2. Somewhere in your post, you must link back here to my blog. (Or grab my WIP Wednesday button for your sidebar.)
3. Comment on at least a few of the other WIP Wednesday links. Because what fun is a linky party without comments?
Have a great week!

What a fun palette your bee-mates get to work with!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this palette--and the block design!
ReplyDeleteI love the design from Red Pepper Quilts, and these colours are absolutely gorgeous. The finished quilt will be stunning I'm sure.
ReplyDeleteWow that is going to be an amazing quilt - I love upsized blocks that are still interesting, and give lots of room for lots of fabric!

ReplyDeleteI think it's a good idea to stimulate finishing w.i.p. My addition shows a red x, but if you click in the picture you see my huisvlijtigliesje.blogspot.com . I hope it will work.
ReplyDeleteI like the colours of the blocks and quilts, though I am not a fan of white. I mostly avoid white and yellow.
