I love WIP Wednesdays as they keep me on track and help me "remember" all the projects I should be working on before starting any new ones. Lately it's been all about preparing for my first-ever craft fair, so I spent most of my sewing time making pouches, pouches, and more pouches. Here are some of my latest creations.
Thankfully, the craft fair is on Saturday and I'll be able to get back to quilting soon. It's about time, too. My design wall is overflowing with tons of unfinished miscellaneous blocks that beg for some love and attention.
I'm planning on using Amy's fantastic tutorial and making these two blocks into sewing kits.
Now it's your turn. What have you been working on this week? Here are the rules for linking up:
1. Link up any post from the past week that features at least one unfinished work-in-progress (WIP).2. Somewhere in your post, you must link back here to my blog. (Or grab my WIP Wednesday button for your sidebar.)
3. Comment on at least a few of the other WIP Wednesday links. Because what fun is a linky party without comments?

Your bags and your fabric choices are so pretty. Good luck with your craft fair. Oh, and I hope your husband did well with his marathon.
ReplyDeleteSo glad to see you hosting Svetlana!! Darling little pouches and looking forward to seeing more of your churn dash!!

ReplyDeleteLove the sewing kits, you reminded me this tutorial was another project I wanted to try!
ReplyDeleteYep, that second paragraph is me exactly! WiP posts are great to do on a weekly basis because the force me to take a look at what I've finished this week, what I have coming up, what projects are a priority, etc.
ReplyDeleteI'll be back later to link up; must get the kiddos ready for school!
Gorgeous pouches :) Super happy and fun colours.

ReplyDeleteI would love to do some craft shows but #1, I would want a friend to go with me and #2, I don't know that my work would be good enough! My best sellers are always my dish scrubbies, but I would want to have all of my stuff out.
thanks for hosting! I love your little pouches!
ReplyDeletelovely work thanks for hosting
ReplyDeleteLove the pouches! I'm a big fan of taking miscellaneous blocks and turning them into something new all by themselves. Sometimes when I'm putting together a paper pieced block, I just like one all by its lonesome for greater impact.
ReplyDeleteThose pouches are super cute! :)
ReplyDeleteOOOOH, love the colourful zippers on your pouches - they really add some sparkle! Best wishes on your craft fair!
ReplyDeleteThe pouches are gorgeous and I love your 'think' block.
