Thank You!

First of all, I want to thank you all for the wonderful response to our book announcement! Katie, Faith, and I were super excited to spill about this, so for you guys to be looking forward to the book too is beyond amazing. In fact, we were blown away to discover that Vintage Quilt Revival was #2 on Amazon's "Quilts and Quilting" best-seller list on Thursday night! That's not bad for a book that won't be out for another 8 months, and for which you have only seen the cover. : ) Thank you!

But right now, I owe you not one but two giveaway winners!

The winner of the copy of Modern Quilts from the Blogging Universe (from my giveaway on Feb. 25) is commenter #53, Joyce.

And the winner of a fat-quarter bundle of Carnaby Street by Art Gallery Fabrics is commenter #42, allierae.

And just a reminder that if you are a "no-reply blogger," you MUST leave your email address in your comment or I have no way to contact you. I had to re-draw for the book once and the FQ bundle three times to get commenters that I could email! Click here and here to learn how to fix your no-reply status ... or just leave your email address in comments on giveaways.

Enjoy, ladies!

  2. I wouldn't mention this, except that you gave links about how to "fix" no reply status. I just wanted to make sure that you knew that not all "no reply" commenters are truly "no reply." Some of us are bloggers that blog on a different platform (Wordpress, Typepad, etc.) and want to comment using our blog addresses rather than a generic profile. Blogger doesn't allow that to happen, even though the information IS in our profiles. I like how this author explains it: http://piecemealquilts.com/2011/09/08/no-reply-no-kidding/

And since this will undoubtedly come up as "no reply", I'm here: em at sewingbymoonlight dot com

  4. Congratulations on the new book - I am excited to see what is inside! Also, thanks for the info on "no reply status". Being new to the blog world I didn't even know that I was unknowingly registered as "no reply". Your links above were very helpful in changing that status. Now I can finally get replies! Thanks!
