WIP Wednesday: Full Color

Welcome to WIP Wednesday! It was yet another crazy week for me, but I'll spare you the details and get straight to the sewing.

I finished two projects this past week—my Art Gallery Prism Floor Pillow, and one that I have yet to post about (but it's coming). So I don't have a lot of "progress" pictures to show this week. But how about more Summer Sampler blocks?

I went a little crazy with the color for my Modern Sampler Class bundle, and I'm so happy I did. I also decided to take a chance and make every block with a different colored background, and I really love how it's turning out. Two more blocks to go, and then the class is done already! I'll miss sewing with these ladies every Monday night. : )

And the bathroom project is finally nearing completion as well. I just love my brand-new vintage bathroom. LOL. (Disregard the duct tape. I'm told that will be going away soon.)

  9. Beautiful piecing and colour choices on your sampler blocks! Your bathroom is gorgeous, I love that you've used different patterns throughout but changed the pattern, nice!

  33. Hey, that bathroom of yours is looking great. I'm impressed that you got any sewing done. I love watching people work on my house. Better than TV. Or internet. They're so darn productive while I just sit there. (But I do APPRECIATE them--does that count?)

  35. I love the blocks in solids. I'd like to do some myself. But there just aren't so many quilt shops here in Austria than there are in the US. And I think ordering online is difficult since I want the colours to match those of my curtains...
