Happy new year! If you're looking to add another project to your 2020 sewing list, our Paper Chain Block-of-the-Month program begins TODAY! If you're already a subscriber, check your email inbox for the January block pattern!

If you're not already a subscriber: Twelve months, 12 foundation paper-pieced blocks—that's so doable, right? Me and my Summer Sampler co-conspirators, Katie and Faith, have created this fabulous quilt, and it really wants to be your project in 2020. : ) We've got a great Facebook community for everybody who's participating, and we'll give you lots of paper-piecing tips and tricks along the way. Click here to make this quilt with us!

And here's block #1, our January pattern: Spring Star. This block is relatively easy as far as the paper-piecing goes, so if you're new to the technique, we're easing you into things!

Something about the whole quilt design struck me as a little holiday-ish, so I'm making mine in Christmas colors. Want to join us? Just $24.99 total (a one-time payment) gets you all of the following:
• Welcome PDF with fabric requirements and suggested Kona Cotton colors
• Fully-tested instructions for 12 gorgeous foundation paper-pieced quilt blocks, delivered to your email inbox the first Monday of each month in 2020 (you'll receive access to January's block immediately upon purchase)
• Complete finishing instructions to make an 55" x 72" sampler quilt
• Our "Paper-Piecing 101" guide for foundation paper-piecing beginners
• Quilt mock-up coloring sheet for planning
• Access to a subscriber-only Facebook community, where you can ask questions and chat with other quilters and the designers
