I began my career as a news reporter, writer, and editor (which might be one reason why I now love blogging!). Later I made a career change to graphic design. I started sewing in 2007, when I stopped working to stay home with my oldest daughter.
I now have my own line of quilt patterns (click here for wholesale information) and I co-authored the book Vintage Quilt Revival: 22 Modern Designs from Classic Blocks in 2013. My work has been seen in Quiltmaker magazine, Fons and Porter's Easy Quilts, Quilt magazine, Sew Mama Sew,
the Moda Bake Shop, and many more.
I'm also a Bernina Brand Ambassador, and I'm a member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Museum of Quilts and Fiber Arts.
