About Me

Hi there! I'm Lee. I've been sewing and quilting since 2007, and sharing my creations here on this blog since 2010. I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with my wonderful husband; my two sweet (and sometimes crazy) daughters, ages 6 and 3; and my dog, Belle.

I began my career as a news reporter, writer, and editor (which might be one reason why I now love blogging!). Later I made a career change to graphic design, and spent 10+ years designing everything from newsletters and magazine articles to logos and wedding invitations. I started sewing in 2007, when I quit work to stay home with my oldest daughter.
